Program Checklists

School Checklist

  • Send the provided email to all parents introducing the program.
  • Distribute the welcome sticker packs to students to take home.
  • Remind and encourage parents to label key items (water bottles, lunch boxes, backpacks).
  • Teachers and administrators to observe and provide feedback on the process.
  • Agree to send a short survey to parents at the end of the pilot.
  • Appoint a main contact person for communication during the pilot.

SQRL Checklist

  • Provide Lost and Found area QR code location sign.
  • Provide a ready-to-send email template for the school.
  • Supply welcome sticker packs for all participating students.
  • Give full access to batch scanning tools and the lost-and-found dashboard.
  • Support the school with setup, training, and troubleshooting during the pilot.
  • Set clear start and end dates for the pilot project.

Data Privacy Commitment:

Both the school and SQRL agree to respect and protect the privacy of all participants. No personal information about students, parents, or staff will be shared outside of this pilot project. All data collected, including lost-and-found tracking and survey responses, will be used solely to improve the program and will be kept confidential. Both parties will take reasonable steps to safeguard all information.
